Apartment cleanliness, everything nearby. Kitchen utensils available.
The bathroom door lock was not working and no mop in the bathroom to dry up.

de locatie was rustig gelegen, het appartement was schoon en er waren voldoende handdoeken
het keukeninventaris mag uitgebreider.

Liked: Location was great, apartment was clean, bedrooms and living room were as expected, kitchen was very functional.
Did not like: (1) I asked for extra towels and they were not provided. I ended up having to buy a few extra towels. At 5EU per towel, i really do not understand why the owner was so stingy and would not leave a few extra towels when I specifically asked for it ahead of my stay. (2) The washing machine was not working and the owner dismissed my complaints, saying that i need to put it on the spin cycle. I tried every and each setting and smaller load, and laundry came out dirty and dripping wet. The owner never even even acknowledged the problem, never mind apologized for it.
