Spotlessly clean house, clear instructions and regular communication from the team. Especially helpful with some technical issues I had with the guest portal which they solved swiftly without any problem. Great central location for visiting city centre on foot and even though the house is on a busy main rd, it was peaceful and quiet inside.
Parking was a slight challenge but managed to get space on the sidestreet, as suggested when we booked, and the location was perfect for where we wanted to go on foot anyway.

De communicatie met de host was super. Het huis biedt veel ruimte voor een grote groep. Het centrum van Sunderland is op loopafstand en in de buurt is er een supermarkt.
Geen minpunten op te noemen. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een weekendje Sunderland.

The house is spacious, lovely and warm
Great location.
No parking but plenty of spaces on the side street.
Really nothing not too like.
Could do with more kitchen utensils like cups,cutlery and dishes if in a big group

Property was fine, spacious, clean.
They have stolen £87 of my £300 deposit I was forced to pay to get the entrance code. This was for items that were already broken when we arrived. There were lots of issues. Both bathroom door locks were broken. The kitchen Lino was ripped and held down with sellotape. The tumble drier blew the fuse box when we tried to use it.
