Located in a quaint neighborhood.
The bedroom was so small & hard to move around freely.

Breakfast self service laundry and daily samples of hair and skin products made this a great stay and abundance of good restaurants within easy walk. Rooms were very clean although quite small. Very good value for the price

Good hotel of the standard Japanese style. Friendly staff. Close to transport, and easy to get to Haneda airport
The on-site bathhouse is a little small, after the first use I preferred the shower in my room. The extractor fan in the bathroom is a little noisy and can't be turned off

Good value for money, and the connecting rooms are a great feature.
The female staff member who checked us in (at around 4:45–4:50 PM) had a very poor attitude. We don’t speak Japanese, but instead of trying to help, she repeatedly said, “OK? OK?” in an impatient manner. She also almost threw the instruction sheet toward me instead of handing it to me politely. It made us feel unwelcome and left a very disappointing first impression.
