Excellent location, beautiful gardens, amazing scenery, quiet location. Cottage was very
clean, comfortable beds, quality linen, good heating, nice amenities, and a well stocked pantry. Exceptional host.
Not really a negative, but we would have liked larger towels.

The location was close to our venue, the house was comfortable and very clean. Views were amazing, the house provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as soaps. Towels and face washers provided too. It was great to have some milk, coffee, tea , butter and condiments provided.
There were nails sticking out of the back decking area that were a tripping hazard. Also would be good to have a hand rail at the stairs on to the verandahs for accessibility.

For us it was a perfect spot. Close to friends and it felt like a home away from home. It was clean and had everything we needed. But most of al, we really liked the view. Just sitting at the dining table having the view on Mt. Dandenong.
