The beautiful view from our room, the breakfast, the service level from the hotel employees, the pool are and the jacu and the beautiful estate in itself.
We did not experience anything we didn't like while we stayed there :)

Leading up to arrival at this amazing resort, I received fantastic service from Rajesh through regular WhatsApp communication- particularly as there was a huge thunderstorm- and it ensured a smooth transfer. The natural surroundings of this resort are absolutely stunning with beautiful views of the lake. The room was well located, very comfortable with excellent amenities, and the outdoor seating area from the terrace was an added bonus. The food and drink options were the best and excellent service was received from all staff throughout the stay. Cannot imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Pokhara!
