Beach and bar in the middle

It was reasonably priced. Could see the ocean when we walked out of our room. The pool was perfect and you could also see the ocean from the pool. The check-in girl Lauren was very nice and helped us with our room. Overall for it being on the ocean within feet of the beach, it was a great place to stay. We will definitely go back and stay a bit longer.

We were in room 2 and the AC did not work very well at all. Could use a remodeling of the rooms as they are very outdated and new beds would be great.

The location was convenient and close to downtown.

Let me start by stating that we paid way too much money for this room. I splurged and got the ocean view with a balcony as I wanted to enjoy our stay. When I arrived the balcony rail was completely rotted and unsafe. The fan in our room had 4 inch dust bunnies hanging, no trash can in the room, other than the bathroom which was tiny. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have phone in the room. When you went to the office no was was ever In there you needed to call a number for assistance. One of the lamps had a dirty sock and shirt tied around the light bulb, apparently the previous people weren’t happy either & I wanted to see how long it would take for someone to find it. They at least unplug the lamp. AC in room works but no heat on chilly nights. Sheets were damp but I guess at least we knew they were clean! When it was windy and open the slider door the tiles In the ceiling would suck up and get stuck I had to manually adjust a few by getting onto a chair. Save your money and find something else!

Lauren was amazing, always there for everything we needed. This new management team is awesome! We love the picnic tables outside with grills to use! Pool open late was cool to! AC worked and had fans to!

The location is the best. It’s Right on the beach. The staff were absolutely amazing. The manager was so helpful and was very prompt on anything we needed. The pool was wonderful as well. The hotel was under construction but very quiet otherwise. I would absolutely go back to stay for my next vacation.
