This place is for someone who: Likes a nostalgic, rustic vibe Likes to feel lonely in their environment Likes piece and quiet Enjoys garden and time outside in general Enjoys anterior that you can tell has a story behind it Loves a kitchen that feels like home Loves houses that are literally on the beach Likes an empty beach with huge rocks

If you happen to be a person who for some reason dislikes stairs, then it might not be the place for you.

The view and location of the villa is exceptional. The yard also provides shades during the day. The area is very quiet and the house is literally on the beach. We had an amazing stay at villa Gerakini. The host was also very attentive and hospitable.

Absolutely nothing. It is the perfect vacation spot.

The privacy and the proximity to the sea

Perfect location, very close (1 minute) to a quiet, uncrowded beach. Within walking distance there are just two small restaurants and a little shop, for anything else you’ll need a car (around 10 minutes’ drive). For us, this was ideal as we were looking for a peaceful place to relax with our kids and dog - we managed very well as the kitchen is well equipped- and loved spending our evenings on the beautiful terraces and in the garden. During our stay, the house near ours (duplex) was empty, so we enjoyed complete privacy. If both houses are in use at the same time, it might just feel a little less private. The house is clean and spacious, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. The third room is accessed via a staircase that might be a bit tricky for small children or older guests, but it’s great for teenagers. The owners were very responsive and answered all our questions right away. Bathrooms are small but clean. We used a lot also the outdoor shower next to the house.
