Location! Unit itself is clean and provides all necessities
Access to the property is not clean. Right outside is a fish market, the stairs leading to the unit are smelly. I had to hold my breath every time I take the stairs. And there are lots of them. Once you’re in the unit, it’s nice and clean.

The property offers everything and more, it really does.
Communication is excellent too.
A few corridors to reach the flat and lots of stairs. We travelled with a 4 year old and she negotiated them well, but I was a little worried she might fall.
This is not a complaint, just a bit of an obstacle with small kids or the elderly.
