Amazing stay in Balat! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location to explore the area. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a 10/10 experience — highly recommended!

The location, food provided was ample. We received prompt responses to any questions.
We spent the first day cleaning. We were given a room that was different from what we booked. Assurances were given that our assigned space was an upgrade, but according to Booking.com, it is slightly less per night than what we booked.

The location was super close to the Balat touristy area, yet not very noisy due to its location two blocks away from the main street. There are plenty of food stalls nearby.
The host was suppppeerr duppeeerrr helpful and on standby. We were accidentally locked out in the terrace, and Sahin was very responsive and did many things to help us out. Also, the fridge was full of food, my favorite was the instant noodles.
