Great location check in easy

Checkout was a little early 9am

Perfect for what we needed. Had everything we needed to suit our basic needs. The beds were so comfortable that my partner wanted to take the mattress with us! Close enough to the strip and beach but also sat between 2 clubhouses with great entertainment in the evenings (only a little further to another). The park itself is lovely, well kept and quiet. A lovely chalet to make a base whilst out enjoying the town and beach.

The hot tap in the kitchen was slow running, however we were out so often, this didn't impact our stay, hence the 10/10 rating.

You get what you pay for it wasn't the ritz but ideal for my use , slightly dated , needs updating but it is a older site, quiet , relaxing. The hot / warm water was an issue , took a long time to warm up .

Most things .

I liked where the chalet was situated, and that it was close to amenities i.e. beach, arcades, places to eat

I know, the saying goes that you get what you pay for, and i thought the chalet would look as nice as the photos, and i did expect some form of comfort. The shower was running cold, so i contacted the host, who kindly told me to pull a cord by the sink, which i did, but still ran cold, so we just used the bath. And when flushing the loo it sounded like a plane taking off, because of dated cistern The single bed was like lying on a bed of springs, although in a june review the host said the mattress had now been changed. The double bed mattress was uncomfortable, and the springs made a noise every time you turned over. living room furniture wasn't comfortable to relax on. The kitchen was lacking utensils such as baking trays and tins, cheese grater. The Television and wifi were great though. I'm sure the host will say that if we'd messaged him things would have been put right, but I don't go on holiday having to continually message the host. I hope my view is seen as constructive criticism, so that these things can be sorted for future guests
