We enjoyed our stay in Laguna Woods. The apartment was roomy, nicely decorated, close to all things like shopping, parks, beach, restaurants, etc.

We had a very nice time. Home has very comfortable furniture and everything is provided for your stay. I would highly recommend renting this home. Owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with. Enjoy your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay there we liked walking to the exercise room it was about half mile away so we got good exercise walking there and back it was a great area so we felt totally safe walking down the sidewalk The mailboxes are convenient The only thing I have to say that is not good is the electric bill . The tenant has to pay their own electric and it is very high, we used the heat a little for about a week and the rest of the time it was totally off and the bill was still about $250 for the month We had a real good time in Laguna Woods and would like to go back there again The owner was very nice and easy to contact, he answered my emails right away Very good communication

Russ was excellent to deal with through the whole process. His place was well stocked with everything we needed, from the coffee to the plastic bags to a sippy cup when our granddaughter visited. Location was also great, not far from the laundry, clubhouse, gym and pool. He is updating some items which will only make it even better

This unit is very nice and comfortable. It is well equipped and very clean. The only down side is that the laundry is a bit far away.

Worked very well for me and my dog. Very quiet and private still neighbors are friendly. Wanted to live there to see if I could live there full time and yes I'll be moving soon .

We rented sight unseen except for a few photos on line. When we arrived, the place was spotless. We loved the King bed and all the comforts of home. We could have stayed forever. And the view - that was a bonus! We are very private people and all the residents seem to share the same feeling. So it was very quiet -- we never heard dogs barking or people partying. The price for the month was what we were looking for. And, of course, it's all about the weather which was fantastic. We loved our stay. Sue

10 months ago, we booked this Condo for the month of July 2015. In early April 2015, I ruptured my right Achilles tendon. I called Russ and told him that I wanted to cancel my reservation because of my accident and inability to drive. Even though I was within the 90 day period to cancel the reservation, Russ agreed to not only cancel the reservation, but he refunded 100% of the money that I had paid him which amounted to over 50% of the monthly rental. He then sent me a check within 5 days of our agreement. I cannot comment on the actual condo, but I can say that anyone would be hard pressed to find a better owner to rent from on VRBO/Homeaway.

We were pleasantly surprised with what this condo had to offer; especially in terms of it's location. Also found it to be quite comfortable and spacious. The area is peaceful and the living room is nicely decorated, with a mountain view. The kitchen and baths are dated but very clean and in good condition. We enjoyed our visit here and will come again. Only down side is the fact that it's upstairs, which made it hard for us to carry our belongings. Also, the beds did not have mattress covers, so I would recommend bringing one's own bedding. Other than that, it really is a great little place to stay in Orange County.
