Beautiful property ,we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything . We will be back!

Room is clean, AC works well, kitchen has all of the equipment, Also provides beach chairs and umbrella, although not perfect, good enough for staying comfortable and convenient.

Wonderful stay! Very quiet area with a really nice view of the Bay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Had one small problem upon arriving and was able to reach the host who immediately corrected the problem.

The place is more dated than it appears from the pictures. One side of the refrigerator is covered with rust. There is a slider door looking at the water. It has two big panes of glass. But one pane has broken seals so it's filled with humidity - so there is a clear view through one window and a clouded view through the other window. The furniture is old and not very comfortable. The bed moves and the headboard bangs against the wall. The code to the door wasn't put in correctly so it took about 45 minutes to get into the unit. I was not able to get a hold of the owner but luckily there was a maintenance man who stops by the property occasionally and I was able to get help from him and eventually he was able to get a hold of the owner. Three units share the same balcony so no privacy out there which is OK but also you may encounter neighbors smoking as I did. It just wasn't really all that impressive. If any of these ratings changed they go down to a two. Nothing a four.
