We had a lovely stay in Leone's penthouse apartment. Everything was clean and neat. Location was excellent. No need to use your car unless traveling outside of town. Civil War Medicine Museum is first rate. Local cafes and restaurants were excellent. Important to note the steep, outside stairs. No problem at all if you are fit but could pose an issue for some. Excellent communication with Leone. Great stay.

Perfect get away weekend. Condo was clean, airy and had all of the amenities we needed. Easy waking distance to old town Frederick. Glad we had no problem with stairs.

Nice place for a few nights in Fredrick. Perfect location for walking to all the shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay there again if back in Fredrick!

Great property. Bright & airy comfortable space. Nicely decorated. Quick walk to downtown. Great for our girl’s weekend getaway. Only negative is the steep outside stairs. As long as you are ok with stairs, it’s a gem!

Definitely cute space for small groups. Be prepared for stairs at both the entry and exit, no elevator option. We had a small hiccup situation with the smart locks when checking in, host was very helpful and fast acting. Would also recommended having someone keep the hard keys nearby. Would absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay...this home was perfect for the two of us. The neighborhood and surrounding area was lovely. Plenty to do close by, we didn't need a car. When we make it back to the area, we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for your hospitality, Leone

Leone was super helpful & always responsive to our questions. Place is exactly like the pics! So cute & cozy & super clean! We loved the porch sat out there both nights enjoying sunset. Also just quick up Market to Carroll Creek! You should book this place you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Leone for everything. Hope to visit again soon.

This was my first time in Frederick and definitely not my last. A charming town with the friendliest and cleanest tourist areas in walking distance to the apartment. Pros: Parking space provided in the rear to not worry about parking and not paying for a parking spot. The rental unit was very modern with all the amenities like a cute small bag of shower supplies, bath towels. We did not have a dog, but the place encourages animals and definitely pet friendly. We took a walking tour the first day of our vacation. The streets have meters which is more expensive than the nearby parking lot. A well worth drive to a local Vinyard and a few covered bridges to take great pics. Cons: Why a lower star recommendation? Unfortunately the bedrooms are right next to the double yellow line street that maybe quieter on the weekends, but we did not sleep well at night. The final night I slept on the couch further away from my bedroom. Also, the apartment had only one parking spot. Luckily, there was parking on the street but fantastic location!
