If the only thing you are concerned about is location, this apartment is a good pick. The location was central in Giardini Naxos and it also had a nearby bus stop to Taormina if that is what you are looking for. The hosts that we were dealing with were helpful and nice however, there weren’t many other pros.

The apartment photos shown do not reflect the real apartment. The apartment is quite lackluster and run down (lots of cracks in the walls, broken window shutters, lamps not working, bathroom/bedroom doors that don’t close properly and the apartment doesn’t feel overly clean). The lighting in the apartment at nighttime was also terrible. Another drawback is that the fob for the electricity (lights, air con etc.) is dead bolted to the key to the apartment - meaning that if one person leaves the apartment with the keys you are left with no lights or air con. You also need to empty the air con bottle yourself or else it spills onto the downstairs neighbours balcony.
