Breakfast wss excellent.
Location suited us very well - close to trains, chemists, supermarket, wine merchants & eateries. Preferred the location in comparison to thd CBD - no sirens, no noise.
Better signage - re locating the entrance to the hotel and the reception. On entry to the building it was unclear where to go.
The light switches to the bathroom. Difficult to locate!

Breakfast options were amazing; the bed was super comfy, bathrooms were great. The location was perfect, between Victoria Cross and North Sydney, so easy to get into the city and other areas of Sydney. The view from our room was amazing, and the room had everything you needed to enjoy the stay (microwave, fridge, hairdryer etc).
The cleaning service did not come the entire time we were there (Friday-Monday). This meant we had to reuse the same towels every day, and the bath mat towel became soaking wet and started to smell. Not the biggest deal, but we had put on the "clean-up" sign every day, so a bit disappointing! However, if we had told reception, I'm sure it would have been sorted quickly. But didn't have the time to.

The location, modern clean facility and the ease of access all that north Sydney has to offer
It took me a little bit to figure out how to get to reception, but aside from that it was great

Great location, beautiful pub right next door, heap of great restaurants near by
We stayed 2 nights, the first night slept like a baby the 2nd night wasn’t so great, the room was hot according to the aircon controls the room was 23°c. Went to spoke to reception and they said they would send someone up to have a look which they did. They reset the aircon power to the room but it made no difference, the temperature ended up going to 25°c throughout the night and woke up and it was like a sauna and couldn’t get back to sleep
