spacious and clean rooms. pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread. overall great value. we like that there is a washing machine. also very located near malls, and eateries.

slightly difficult to find. its in the left back corner of the building main entrance, and only occupies one floor. check in was a little messy, not exactly welcoming.

Établissement très bien placé, très confortable, très propre. Petit inconvénient à connaître à l’avance : l’établissement se trouve dans une zone piétonne à laquelle les taxis n’ont pas accès. Il faut se faire déposer au Holiday inn juste à côté et faire 150m a pied très faciles.

Quiet, central location close to public transport. Good breakfast, wide selection of local and continental food.

Areas for Improvement: * Check-in: The entrance and reception location were not clearly explained. We spent around 30 minutes trying to find the hotel before calling reception. Clear arrival instructions would be very helpful. * Payment: The amount charged to my credit card was higher than the booking amount due to bank-related charges. I don’t mind paying the charges, but guests should be informed in advance. * Customer Service: I requested a late check-out of only 30 minutes, but the response was quite rude. Even if the request cannot be approved, a polite and professional response would leave a much better impression. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but improving communication and customer service would make the experience even better.
