Big surprise with welcome drink. 🤩 It is even better than in the pictures. Really well maintained, spacious, nearby supermarket and close to metro+ bus station. The room is super clean. I found many clean room in other places still have issue with microwave or fridge but not for here. I was so surprised that they are clean as it has never been used. The checking-in process is straightforward and the landlord is always responsive. What I like the most is the bed is really comfy so I barely going out (Or maybe it’s the only negative side because I didn’t explore the city much and enjoy sleeping too much) 🤣 All I need are already there, dryer, washing machine, ironing, smart tv with netflix, etc. To be honest, I couldn’t find any down side. I’ll definitely come back.

Nothing.

Fantastic location!

The kitchen was fully quipped. I really like we all had our own bathrooms. Very close to all the shops and restaurants.

The 2 upper bedrooms and bathrooms doesn’t have natural light. The bedroom on the right didn’t have much cupboard space and no hanging space. The bathroom didn’t have much space for vanity stuff. Needs to have some hanging hooks in the bathroom And/or bedroom. I don’t like the bath towels. They were small and not soft and I didn’t like it that we used the same towels for the 3 nights we were there.

The location was great as it's right near the 24 Agosto metro station and in the Bonfim neighborhood which has a lot of great places to eat away from the main touristic zones. Space itself was spacious, decent kitchen and well functioning AC units in both the bedroom and living room. There was a very nice welcome gift of wine and fruity treats from the local market. Comes with a washing machine which was nice.

We stayed in room #2 and there was a strong pungent odor which we realized was coming from the bedside tables. When we opened the drawers it strongly smelled of ammonia, even with drawers closed it emanated out a nasty smell to the point that we needed to move the drawers out of the room to sleep. The bathroom layout was quite odd and the shower had noticable mold along the bottom trim though overall was clean. No soap holders here so everything has to go on the floor.
