I spent three wonderful nights at Venice Premium Houseboats and would have gladly stayed longer! The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the attention to guests truly outstanding. Although the days may seem similar, with a little curiosity and initiative, every day offers new opportunities to explore and enjoy the magical beauty of Kerala's backwaters. A very special thank you to Pooja, the coordinator, whose extraordinary professionalism, kindness, and personal dedication made my stay unforgettable. She took care of every detail with a level of both professional and human support that, despite my extensive travel experience, I have rarely encountered anywhere else. True hospitality is about making guests feel genuinely cared for, and Pooja and her team have mastered this art. Thank you, Venice Premium Houseboats, for such a beautiful experience. Our stay with Venice Premium Houseboats was defined by caring service. Karthika’s clear, concise communication during booking and the on-hand crew's hospitality really made the trip worthwhile. What Worked Well: * Excursions: The morning tour was a major highlight, followed closely by the immersive local village tour. * Convenience & Vibe: Payments were simple via QR, cash, or UPI. There were also no aggressive curio sales to distract from the beautiful backwaters. * Dining: The food was well-prepared and delicious, completely overcoming our initial hesitation after looking at the kitchen layout. With these slight adjustments and minor additions like optional evening karaoke or charades, this could easily bridge the gap to a premium experience.

Areas for Improvement: * First Impressions: The unkempt docking area, overgrown lawn, and haphazard boarding were not a great start. * Transparency: Informing guests ahead of time about extra AC charges would help them plan better for the intense humidity. * Maintenance: The bathroom needs a deep scrub, and white linens should be bleached regularly or changed to more durable colors.
