The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was a good price for the value. Communication for getting to, into, and use of the space were very clear and helpful.
The location did not feel particularly safe, although I came in fairly late. The lights in the upstairs hall didn't come on automatically when I entered, so I had to use a flashlight. Overall, the feeling of safety before getting to the room was not great. Once in the room, however, there were no problems.

Lovely property, very clean and thoughtful extras. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. Most importantly, they kindly provided coffee capsules for the Nespresso and milk!!! Thank you so much.
The size and location of the lift was my only personal issue due to my mobility.
