The perfect location, we varied in age from 40 to 80! It is less than a 5 minute walk to a (big)sainsburys and newquay high street and the beach. The house is bright, spacious, with a modern interior and very quiet we saw the neighbours but did not hear them once.
It is 3 storeys and the top floor room has the en suite.
The garden is astro turf which was so much less faff with our little dog ( she was super confused at first).
The owner was on hand via text and was super helpful with little questions.
The allocated parking is down a bumpy grass alley way, my low profile car did not approve. There was always an on street parking space though near the house.
Needs to be the usual inhouse idiots paper guide for :
heating / the TV took us ages to get the sound up!) or "normal tv" on / cutlery draw was concealed .
There are no black out curtains in any rooms, just blinds so they are all very bright rooms. We did not find it a problem as we were all so tired from our days out!

Great location and comfortable terraced house in central Newquay. Just a few mins walk to town centre.
Some of the fittings getting tired and due for some updates.

Perfectly situated for the town and beach. The house was very well equipped.
A lock on the bathroom. Better care of the garden. Seating in lounge could be improved. Curtains in top bedroom didn't fit window. An information book would be useful.
