The property is stunning and spacious. The owners are friendly and welcoming and can provide you with lots of information about the area. The balcony and the garden are great, well kept and have stunning views. The air con and all other facilities worked very effectively during our stay. If you like cats there are a few really cute ones that wonder the area in the day which are super cute and curious about new guests at the apartment.

It is a little far up the hill. We walked it several times though and there are busses which stop nearby. Being higher up allows for great views and also it is quieter and less busy. There are some great restaurants and shops 10 min walks away too which tend to be quieter due to them not being central positano.

Great veiw of Positano, with the amenities provided and the size of the place, its great value for money. Its an easy 20-30min walk down to the main Piazza Mulini and on the way back, both buses that run in Positano are options for heading back, which worked really well for us.

Sea view from the balcony and design. but not from garden level/living area. No view of the city of Positano itself. The appartment is placed at the very top of Positano making it nice and quiet at night. You can walk the stairs down town/ to the beach. It works well once you figure out how to take the bus and thats a pleasant way of finding your way back to the appartment, however there could have been more thorough information on routes and how to but tickets on arrival.

You get the Sea view from the balcony only and not from garden level/living area. No view of the city of Positano it self. We went in early juni and got the morning sun but no late afternoon/evening sun in the garden. We ran out of gas and hot water for the shower after just one night stay. The housemanager had a certain tone and didn’t really take on the responsibility of making sure in advance, that the appartment was ready for us with enough gas for the stove and hot water for showering. The booking was for only four days but we left after three days with some sence of disappointment due to the tone of the housemanager placing responsibility on us for the missing gas and hot water, because we didn’t have WhatsApp in order to communicate - which we weren’t informed about being a must have in order to even communicate. There were free living unhealthy cats seeking food in the garden and trying to acces the appartment through doors to the garden. We therefore had to hold the doors closed at most times, which resulted in a less stress free and free air environment. The comfort of the beds and pillows were very low and it was impossible to get a good nights sleep due to this.
