Well maintained, lovely little back area to sit in, not near the busy roads so it wasnt loud or full of random people walking by all the time. Loved how we were able to cook full meals if needed.
Nothing. Great. Its a bit far from the busy main beaches but we planned for that on purpose.

Close to the beach (not the best in the island but good for sunset), staff/owner very nice and reliable. In the flat you will find everything you need for the stay including beach chairs and towels very appreciated and useful to go around the island’s beaches.
Part of the facilities are work in progress, good location if you have a car otherwise bus station is 20 min walking distance.
Far from the hotel area (which is the touristic one).
