We arrived late (midnight!) and left early in the morning so we used it only as a quick stop before heading to Matera. The room is large with a decent sized bathroom. The room was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable. I think for our purposes and for the price it was all we really needed, so was good value for our needs on this occasion. Its not far to walk from either the train station or the city.
The entrance/access at night is dark, and the foyers (ground and room floor) look run down - we were concerned we weren't in the right place!!!!! Does not look inviting at all, but the room is fully functional and met our needs.

Location was very good, very close to train station to make it a great base if your travellling to other locstions. Also good distance to centre and not too far to old town.
Room was very well equipped and modern. Everything you needed.
Staff answered any query very promptly and addressed things as needed.

Good location and comfy bed
The decor! Mirrored surfaces and overhead lighting!? Plus the toilet was a glass box! Gross.
