This was a very interesting experience with our family of 6. We were able to get to know Yumi-San and what it’s like to live in rural Japan. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, homemade and abundant! We got to make rice sticks and take a brief tour of her little farm. The rooms were spotless and we appreciated the air conditioning in the heat of summer. The upstairs sleeping space was gorgeous!!!

A working Japanese farm with a genuine experience of farm life in Japan. Multi dish breakfasts and dinners beautifully cooked. Our host was warm and welcoming. A real highlight of out travels in Japan.
Our four night visit was over too soon, we could have stayed even longer.

We loved our farm stay. Fuji San was amazing. She was warm and welcoming and a credible cook. The property was a great base from which to explore the surrounding ski resorts. The beds are comfortable, there’s a great shower room and laundry and a well equipped kitchen. Fuji San stoked the fire every morning and evening to ensure we were toasty warm. We had a hire car which enameled us to explore this beautiful area.
It was great. Nothing to dislike.

The host is friendly and warm and the meals were sumptuous with a good variety of vegetables from the farm.

"È stata una bellissima esperienza trascorrere del tempo con Fuji-san nella sua casa. Fuji è molto accogliente ed abbiamo avuto tutta la casa a disposizione. Inoltre ci ha insegnato a fare i kiritanpo...."
