Great location.
Property managed by rental company- customer service varies depending on who one talks to at the company. Zero hospitality, not welcoming.

Fabulous layout, very warm, comfortable and an excellent place to be with family. Close to shops, easy parking, close to supermarket. Wonderful stay.

Great lay out, heat pumps in every bedroom, bedrooms on 3 floors so everyone has added privacy. Kitchen was very well equipped, gorgeous secluded garden and seating area, awesome views of the sky tower/auckland.
Would honestly struggle to find anything negative but at a push we could've done with some extra t towels and kitchen roll and glad wrap would've been helpful.
