Pegasus Spa Hotel

Stunning location, incredible views. Attentive staff. Have never felt so welcome and looked after at a hotel before! Nothing too much trouble. We will be back to this special place!

Didn’t like the spa sadly. My treatment was 50 minutes. Started at 4.40, ended by 5.15. I was told to have a shower after the treatment as I was covered in a sticky honey scrub. I had to ask for a clean towel to use after the shower. Also, the couch was damp when I first laid down, which makes me wonder had someone else laid there before me? Also a funny smell in there, no spa smells, aromatherapy oils etc? And no relaxing music. I’ve never had a relaxing massage in silence. So all in all, a very underwhelming experience for the price paid. This would not stop me from returning to this hotel, I would just not use the spa or have a treatment again.

We felt relaxed the moment we stepped into Pegasus. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room had the most spectacular view. We loved having a spa plunge pool on our verandah. The place was in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking to Fira. We opted for transportation to Oia. Loved everything and would highly recommend the place.

Breakfast was plentiful but I would like it served a little warmer.

The beds need to be more comfortable felt like sleeping on the ground.and the food was not that great to be honest.
