The location is fantastic for access to the Victoria Markets, the tram is only one block away and the tram takes you to the Docklands, Central or the free 35 vintage tram takes you to anywhere along the city circle. The accomodation is very quiet and the window blinds ensure the rooms are dark. The rooms were clean. Communications with the host was very efficient. We were able to access the accomodation an hour earlier than official check in as the host confirmed the cleaner had finished.
Two keys would be nice. Somewhere to leave luggage before and after the stay would be an improvement. We were able to have the local convenience store take the bags for $10ea for a few hours after.

The location was walking distance to QV markets, cafes, supermarket, parks, Melbourne Museum and trams.

Good location and price
Access was via a lockbox in a convenience store.
Bed had to be moved to access power point.
Blind was difficult to retract.
Damage to wall in bedroom.
Water pressure was woeful.

Very little. The location is close to everything and right near the trams. Key was easy to find. The couch in the apartment was comfy and it had a large TV. The owners always replied to me. Spa is nice.
Not suitable for a family. Didn’t realise they don’t even offer a port-a-cot. Beds were wildly uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The couch was honestly comfier, I didn’t sleep the only one night we stayed when it was meant to be four. There’s not many amenities offered and you only get one set of towels for your stay which isn’t ideal with a pool (which is cold btw). The apartment wasnt very clean, stains on the carpet and walls, bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. The building itself is run down, stained carpets, part of the roof missing, gave me a really unsettled feeling. We ended up moving accomodation. I reported my issues to the owners and no compensation was offered. I would only suggest staying here for 1 or 2 nights if it’s just you and one other person as it is affordable. But honestly you’ll see why it’s better to stay elsewhere and pay a bit more
