I like as the location is very strategic and near to other facilities and public places
During my stay, there is some issues with access card, but the staff act immediately.
There are some furniture and electrical appliances that is not well maintained like the TV and also the chair which is not stable and prone for fall.

The location was excellent, with restaurants, convenience stores, and self-service laundromats nearby. The property is also only about 15 minutes from KLIA. The host was responsive, the check-in/check-out process was straightforward, and all instructions regarding the unit and parking were clear and easy to follow. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The security deposit was refunded much faster than expected, which was appreciated. Although the stated turnaround time was within 24 hours, the host refunded it in approximately 7 hours.
The floor felt sticky, two bottles of soap were provided in the bathroom, but there were no labels indicating whether they were body wash, shampoo, or hand soap, and the electric kettle was not working. We also noticed several cockroaches in the kitchen area, which made us uncomfortable using the provided cutlery. In addition, the bedroom air conditioner was not very effective even when set to the lowest temperature, and there was no air conditioning in the living room, making the common area rather warm.
