Host had wrong contact info and there was a miscommunication on check in day. The cleaners also showed up way before the check out time while we were still there. Place was clean and close to everything we needed.

Beach view was amazing! This was perfect for our girls and a soccer tournament

Perfect location. Great view! Had an issue with the AC on day one. Contacted the host who took care of it immediately (even though it was a holiday). Would definitely recommend.

We loved the location and the available space for all 10 family members that stayed (all adults). We stayed Saturday-Saturday and had several cleaning issues upon arrival, especially the floors. Our feet were black within an hour of walking on the floors! The upstairs bunk seemed unsafe, a toilet seat was cracked in 3 places, a couple of drains were clogged or extremely slow flowing, and the fridge’s water filter was so clogged that very little water could flow from the fridge. The Wi-Fi was so slow and virtually non-existent, even with just one of the 10 of us logged into it. Those that had to work had to use their personal hot spots to make that happen. Overall, we made the best of it and had a great stay in a great location, for it is the beach and all! We will say the resort management was responsive to our needs once they were at work on Monday, and they worked to clean our floors, unclog a few drains, and fix the water filter. They replaced our toilet seat (that had completely cracked into parts by then, and they took pictures of the bunk (to hopefully fix it later). We made the best of not having Wi-Fi and played lots of games in the evenings!!
