The house was great for our group!! Plenty of space for everyone! The only thing we wish we would have known is the space above the garage is rented out on a separate listing. We communicated with the property group and they said they would inform future renters of that also being a rental. Overall, great place and would go back!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay with our daughter and son-in-law while celebrating our anniversary and Mother's Day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ask for to prepare meals. It was a beautiful home, very spacious, lovely back deck to enjoy company.

We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding. We needed four beds and 3 distinct sleeping spaces. We also needed plenty of mirrors and bathroom spaces for 5 to get ready for a wedding. This place was perfect for our needs. Location was great. We walked to 2 different breakfast spots Friday and Saturday morning. It was a quick and easy Uber to downtown so we didn’t need to find parking or if we wanted to have a beverage. Also reasonable uber to the Mackey House for the wedding. The home was clean and comfortable. Nice back patio to enjoy morning coffee. There is a coffee maker with pot and also an Keurig. Electronic access was super simple and made it easy for our young adult children to come and go in their own. One note regarding the garage parking. The alley to the garage is a little tight. Getting our Explorer in the garage was fine, but the other vehicle was a truck and needed to park on the road because there wasn’t enough room to get it turned /backed in. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Communication was great. No issues at all. We would stay here again if we had the same space needs. Would definitely recommend.

Great location less than a 10 min walk to Forsyth Park. Garage parking was a huge plus and the home itself was very clean and stocked with everything you’d need!
