Spacious accommodation, and management replied quickly to any concerns. There is not much soundproofing between floors to upper unit, so noise travelled, especially for guests who did not adhere to quiet hours. Despite name of property, not that close to the lake. This didn't affect us, but may be a factor for others.

My family's time in Lansing was fantastic. Our BNB was neat and tidy and our hosts were always available to satisfy our requests. I highly recommend this location to anyone interested in a finger lakes adventure.

The property was convenient for our stay, however the cleanliness was not up to par. There was a lot of dust, spiderwebs, and many MANY points of entry for insects. There were so many insects. The shower was dark and dirty, the floors and rugs felt dirty, the towels also were perpetually a little damp. The keypad for entry was incredibly finicky and sometimes took up to 5 minutes. On the bright side- The guide they sent was very thorough and helpful, and the backyard was beautiful. Disney plus was available on the television which enabled a lovely movie night.
