Excellent house and terrific location - perfect for a family weekend at a local wedding. Seamless communication with owners, house very clean and layout of the house was perfect for our group. Kitchen is well organized and easy to use, mattresses were great, house has character and charm and is lovely overall. I was a bit disappointed in a few items which show some inattention to the home (listed below) but overall a great stay and perfect for my family. Thank you to the owners - wonderful house. If it were my house and I had guests I would:- Fix the railing on the steps off the downstairs suite - it is unstable. My mom was in the suite and she is 97 - I wouldn't want her falling if she went in the backyard-Some basic landscaping in front yard and back yard to make the house look more cared for-Trim vegetation in the driveway so bushes/tree branches aren't in the way as you drive in-Professional paint and spackle job for walls and baseboards throughout the house - I would have given 5 stars not 4 if the interior walls and baseboards and stairs were in better shape-More hooks in suite bathroom to hang towels/bathrobes

Great space. No issues. Room for some upkeep in spots but huge space for five guys on a weekend away. Host was great. Had no problems. very close to casinos and golf!

Clean, large, fair location.

House is spacious and organized. how ever the a more effort could of been added to the cleaning. walls were stain, ceiling fans were full of dust, doors were stain, shower liners were stain wash rags in bathroom smell like they were use for kithen rags. where was dead plants hanging in the rooms. they should of use fake plants instead. all the windows were full of dust as well. the bedsheets and pillow cases all had hair on them, the bathroom rugs were stain. we spent alot for just 2 nights the cleaning needs to be improved.
