House was very accommodating and roomy for our family of 10 going on a cruise. We all could be in family space and kitchen together and yet have our own rooms and bathrooms! Easy to get to RCCL terminal.Lori (the host) is very available and quick to communicate.No curtains on bedrooms but worked out OK. Main floor master bath shower a little confusing to operate temperature...but an older couple was in it.Great place for a large family gathering

Our stay at Ball St. Manor was once again absolutely wonderful. This was our third time staying here, and it continues to exceed our expectations every time. Traveling with a group of five adults, one senior, and two dogs can sometimes be a challenge, but this home accommodates everyone comfortably and effortlessly.The house itself is a beautiful historical property, full of charm and character, yet thoughtfully updated with everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. The décor is tasteful and inviting, creating a warm atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable living spaces and bedrooms.We especially appreciate how welcoming the home is for pets—it truly allows the whole family to be included, which makes the experience even more special.Over the course of our three visits, we’ve created so many meaningful memories here, and it has become a place we genuinely look forward to returning to. Ball St. Manor holds a special place for us, and we can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway.

It was the perfect house for our group of 7 women! We stayed only one night and all said we would have come in one day earlier just to enjoy the house. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean! The entire house was clean. We needed linens for one of the sofas, had to text to find their location, was answered very quickly. Having been to Galveston a number of times before, we were ready to go to the Sunflower for breakfast but decided to take a restaurant recommendation listed in the house information. We went to ShyKatz. Very good food, we will go back!

This historic Galveston home is a treasure. We enjoyed stepping back in time, with all the comforts of a modern home. Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was huge with everything you need. Host was amazing and provided wonderful suggestions for activities and dining. We hope to return! Thank you!!
