Two of the three breakfasts were very good & one wasn`t quite so good (different chefs). Evening meal was very good & good value, service was a bit slow but we were in no hurry & waiter was very friendly. Room was a fair size & was quiet overnight & beds were comfortable.
Shower was good with very very hot water but took a while to get the hot water through. Shower screen leaked water out onto the floor, so we had baths instead so as not to make a problem with water getting into the floor.

Great location, the staff were friendly, and the food was lovely. It is very dog friendly with even a doggie bar.
You can reach Norwich Wroxham and Great Yarmouth within about 20 minutes, and you are smack in the middle of the broads. The room was also nice and clean. Recommended
The bathroom was quite cramped.

Central location. Good parking.
We couldn’t work out if the hotel was being renovated or was in a poor state of repair
