The property was in an amazing location, really close to everywhere we wanted to visit. It had all the right amenities and was perfect space for 3 adults. The staff were always quick to respond and extremely helpful. We had such a great stay!

I found the washing machine a little hard to use but once we figured it out, it was no bother.

This is one of my rare 10/10 ratings, but I truly think they deserve it! The location is great, with many things conveniently close by. We loved that the house had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space, especially by Japanese standards. The staff were also very kind and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable experience!

The location is very close to nice cafes/places to eat etc., which is convenient, but it can also feel a little busy and overwhelming at times.

The location was amazing and made it really easy to explore Osaka, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Anytime I had a question or request, they responded incredibly quickly and were always helpful and accommodating. I even requested a later checkout and they were more than willing to work with me, which I really appreciated.

The location was nice and close to Dotonburi. It was easy to get down there and go shopping. The bed was decently comfortable.

The bed although it was soft and comfy was falling apart. The Bed frame came apart and I stubbed my toe on it several times. The pictures make the room look alot bigger than it is. It's REALLY small inside. If you have a family with a stroller you're going to be struggling for space with two luggage and a stroller. There was just no extra room for anything. It was so tight. The kitchen wasn't big enough for 3 people to sit so realistically only 1 or 2 people can sit. It's unbelievably tight. The Bathroom has a smell to it and I can tell they didn't clean it well before I arrived. Also while using the toilet if you're taller (6ft), your knees most certainly will hit the door while sitting. The dryer doesn't work in the washer so we had to resort to air drying on the balcony. We tried for hours to get it to work but nothing would make the dryer work. The instructions provided with the room were basic but didn't cover a whole lot.
