Location was great. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure and a blender in the kitchen. Good supermarket and laundromat near by and an Itau bike stand

Air con wasn’t very strong, and fan noisy. Inconsistent dialogue with the property contact. I sent around 8 messages before I arrived to confirm a late check in - they won’t reply on here only what’s app however many days later. Only broom and dish liquid supplied, zero help with getting me fresh linen during a two week stay so I gave up on that one. (Laundromats around) , they couldn’t even advise what to do with rubbish aside from ‘talk to the guy in reception’. I got sent two different addresses for arrival (one from the property, one from booking dot com ) so at midnight I’m doing laps in a taxi, no one spoke English and you def can’t contact the property person after 7pm. The guy on the door of the place wasn’t even expecting anyone.
