Great location. Its in the Moby Dick apartmemt block. Close to everything' easy walk down to 'the strip, beach front and market. Great pool and paddle pool and a nice bar/pub. Apartment was on 15th floor. 2 lifts. Great views. No balcony but patio doors that slide open which does same job. 2 bedrooms with single beds and storage space. Bedding and towels provided. Double Sofa bed and smart tv. We needed a mobility scooter and Diego suggestes to book via the Riopark hotel across the road. This worked out fab as we would just put it bsck on charge there over night in the designated charging area. We booked this in an emergency as our previous one was canceled at the last minute. The host Diego was very helpful and responded very quickly to our queries. Id say its cheap and cheerful and serves its purpose. Its fine if youre not fussy. We were only in it to sleep and get changed. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.
The apartment is quite dated and in need of a refurb. Looks quite drab but was clean. The pictures make it look better than it is. The kitchen is small and could do with new cupboard doors and worktop. Good size fridge freezer. bathroom is small. Small shower cubicle but all working and clean.washing machine in bathroom. We didnt use it. The back of the bathroom door was dropping to bits. One thing that we couldn't get away from was an awful smell as you walked into the apartment. We couldn't find the source of the smell but think it was either the kitchen drainage or the pipes on the washing machine. I bought some air freshener to help. Had a couple of little 6 legged visitors last night when i walked into bathroom but you can expect the little critters anywhere. You only get one key for the apartment which is a bit inconvenient when theres 4 of you but we managed.

Apt very clean.
It’s a great location
Pool area is really clean and welcoming.
Washing machine and hairdryer a plus
Diego the host was very good at resolving any niggles.
No sunloungers to lie on at the pool so we bought airbeds.
Only one hand towel for 3 people not ideal
Could do with a refresh in terms of decor.
