The villa is beautiful, looks exactly as the pictures. The pool & sunken lounge was a great place to relax, play games and bond as a group of couples.
Service and attention to detail could be improved for example little things like shower amenities were not refilled. Additionally, the villa did not provide support staff to make the stay more relaxing, efficient and comfortable.
The chef’s food could also be improved - we requested a dinner bbq and all the food was basted with bbq sauce which made everything sweet.

Property is like an all in one stop. We availed a breakfast by the chef as well as massage within the villa which was great. Everyone enjoyed time in the swimming pool as well and so many restaurants that can deliver to the villa as well. Staff was very helpful as well when we needed to get laundry done and were very happy to help.
The road towards the villa seems more one way than anything and some Grab/Gojek drivers get lost on the way to the villa but other than that, it’s all great.
