Immaculately clean hostel with very welcoming and friendly hosts. The bunk beds were comfortable with blackout curtains that offered excellent privacy. Everyone was very respectful of each other. The hosts make breakfast for the guests and the group goes out for dinner together. There are cats around but they are never allowed indoors.
Nothing,. This is the best hostel that I've stayed at and would gladly return.

The garden and terrace are really very nice. You enjoy it especially in the evening, because the room is rather small in size. The welcome is warm and lives up to the establishment's name.
Pity you cannot see Pico (mountain) directly from the property, preferably from terrace, and have to go to the street (please take it as a joke).

A little oasis!
Tiny hostel with big heart! The team is super welcoming, open and kind, make you feel home far away from home. They make sure you are never on your own: group chat where you can organise events with fellow travellers, bonfire nights, ‘family dinner’ for guests, breakfast together - a real community builder. Many little details that make you feel welcome.
Place is cozy, bed is comfy, garden is magical.
They also try to find a solution for all of your challenges - just need to reach out (even before your arrival).
The room can get a little hot - however each bed has its own mini fan to cool you down - great idea and helps a lot.
