A cozy apartment in a luxurious building at the waterfront area with a underground garage. Fir those who want to cook there is a functional kitchen and also a washing machine and an iron. Around the area there are quite a lot bistro for breakfast and some for lunch. In just a 20 min walk you are in Galerija shopping center where you can find a lot of caffeterias and restaurants also.

Very nice location, nice apartment in new neighborhood. Parking available undeground. Quiet and nice location, close to city centre
The apartment needs a deep-clean...its a beautiful apartment but the cleanliness let it down, its a shame. Please fix this in the future.

The location is great and the neighborhood is very nice. The facilities are clean. Parking garage was very convenient. Receptionist was really kind, helpful and easy to communicate with.
The furnutire has some visible damages. The front door lock was broken so we had to improvise to lock the door from the inside.
