The property was great and clean, well equipped, the beds were really comfortable. It had everything we needed!
Location was very good ! The bus is literally across the road and can take you to the old town, to train station and to the promenade des Anglais in few minutes.
The area is full of mini supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The owner was very nice and responsive so whenever we asked him he responded quickly and was very helpful
Nothing we really enjoyed our stay

Nice apartment located in a fantastic area with great transportation links
A little noisy from passing traffic but otherwise great

Looks nice. Good shower water pressure. Good value.
AC only in living room, none in bedrooms. Towels and linens were worn and stained. Only one key for 2 guests. Had to pick up and return key at separate location. One bed had broken leg.
