On the beach. Close to Deferlantes Music Festival. A carnival with rides for children was close by (Myster Park). Food and groceries right next to the place.

We are American so are used to Air Conditioning. There was a fan, but it didn't provide much air circulation and it was hot to sleep. We ended up buying a cheap fan that worked much better. There was no internet. All of this is listed, but I didn't check closely enough. During a hot spell it would have been really uncomfortable by our standards (We are American and every beach place has ac and internet so take this information with that in mind. We know France is different). There was no hand soap in the bathroom and only one mostly used roll of toilet paper ( We had to buy both, but at least the grocery store was near).

La vue, l'agencement de l'appartement et sa décoration. Une bouteille au frigo pour le jour de l'an et un bon pour deux cocktails au casino, gentille attention de la propriétaire.

The view is nothing short of amazing! Such a nice way to wake up and a great way to have dinner. It was the best part of our stay and we enjoyed it every day. The apartment is well designed, very pleasing to the eye. Moreover, the free parking place is right in front of the building. And there is a shop and a bakery at just 2 min walking.

Despite the great view, we experienced the welcome and some elements of the apartment as a bit disappointing. Starting with the welcome. We stayed 6 days and we only received 1 trash bag, 1 washing tablet, 1 roll of toilet paper and 0 washing/shampoo bottles. Moreover, the windows (with access to the great view) were very dirty. We also needed to look for the blanket in the closet in order to prepare the bed ourselves. Regarding the apartment, the first thing that we noticed was the absence of towel racks in the bathroom. So we needed to use the chairs in the living room to dry our towels. Another thing is the fact that the kitchen doesn't have an extractor fan. So while cooking, we had to open the window to prevent smoke-forming. But then we had to turn off the lights to avoid mosquitos coming in. And lastly, there's no wifi. In the owner's defense, it is mentioned on booking.com. But we didn't notice it. Simply because we just expect it to be there. Maybe it's us, but in our eyes it's a fundamental service. This place has such potential, but upgrades would need to be made.
