A great location for seeing Bologna. It’s a spacious and very clean apartment. Comfortable beds and pillows. Two great bathrooms with towels and gels provided. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
While there is air conditioning in the apartment, it didn’t work well at all for us.
The WiFi signal didn’t travel to upstairs bedroom at the back.

De locatie, de twee badkamers en de lift.
De airco maakte veel lawaai en koelde niet erg goed (het was erg warm dus misschien lag het daaraan).

Market nearby, close to restaurants.
Localized between old town and train station.
Good heating.
Considerate host, responds fast to messages.
Host allowed early checkin.
Kitchen washing machine.
Host asked me to sign a contract outside booking.com, for liability in case of damage to property.
Old furniture. Two hinge screws became loose on a door and had to fix them for fear of being invoiced for damage to property.
Overall the apartment has many small damages that could be invoiced as damage to property by the current tenant.
Only one pair of keys, but we were two couples and had to sync.
The kitchen ceiling lamp was hanged too low and I hit my head a couple of times.
