It didn’t come with extra towels have never heard of that water park passes wasn’t included didn’t realize I was booking through a private owner I will never do that again

No extra towels told me to wash if I needed more dish know water park passes wasnt included I will never book through a private owner again to much of an inconvenience

It was spacious. Located on a private drive, outside of the town but still close to everything else.

- very outdated - dirty carpets and stained coverlets on the beds. - extra fleece blanket was as rough and sandpaper. Asked about this with customer service and got nothing. - silverware was old and mismatched - only 3 forks. I addressed with customer service and was assured that there was enough silverware in the room, however after we moved in and bought our own silverware they brought extra silverware…3 days after the request. - TV in the living room didn’t work, I was asked to see if it was plugged in or check the breaker box… - housekeeping staff using the same elevators as the guests. Also, very loud noisy housekeeping staff in the hallways.

Very spacious. It had a kitchen, dinning area, livingroom area & 2 baths (1 being the master).

1. Mildew smell because the carpet was wet. 2. The dishwasher ran over when I tried to use it bcuz it was broken. (I'm guessing it was the cause of the mildew smell from the ppl who stayed before us. It spilled over onto the countertop & carpet causing it to be soaking wet). 3. The maintenance guy who came to fix the dishwasher took the washing tabs with him. So, I had to wash the dishes by hand. Still not sure if the dishwasher was fixed. (He tried to help clear the smell by doing a little carpet cleaning & adding 2 plug-ins. We were out of the room while he did all of these things. So, I went off of his word. I did see the plug-ins when we returned). 4. There were only 4 spoons & forks when there were suppose to be 8. 5. The hair dryer was missing (I could not dry my hair). 6. It was very hard to open the condo door (we had to use a lot of force to open it after inserting the door knob code). 7. There was a gassy smell in the master bedroom after turning the central air temperature up when it got too cold, then back on again when it got too warm. 8. With all of the bad smells going on, it was hard for myself, my husband & 2 minor sons to sleep. We tried to stay gone as much as possible to avoid long exposure. 9. I explained all of this to Vacasa, & got no kind of compensation for my family's troubles.

Spacious, well-appointed condo in lovely setting. Excellent value. Convenient location. Kaminski Bros. Chop House was pricey but amazing.

Lack of responsiveness of Vacasa staff. Never had comforter for master bedroom for the entire stay. Parking was a major headache. Lack of access to resort amenities. Rock-hard mattresses. Trash bag and dirty linen bag sitting outside condo door for entire stay.
