Parking space in the underground garage with an elevator. The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was well equipped. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Even if I tried, it would be hard to find anything to complain about.

We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay in this two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities and having a private parking spot in the underground garage was extremely convenient and gave us great peace of mind for a stress-free stay. There is large upper terrace with a lovely view of the sea and the sunset. While a new building nearby slightly obstructs a full view of the sea, it honestly didn't spoil our experience at all. Plus, despite the ongoing construction in the area, noise levels were surprisingly low and not a problem. You can easily walk to the Borik beach via shade-covered street, which is a big bonus during hot days. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant throughout. My family and I felt very comfortable and truly believe it offered great value for money.

The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking, a full set of dishes, a dishwasher, and glasses. There was a large table in the living room. All the furniture was new, and the apartment was perfectly renovated and designed. The hosts were very pleasant and kind. There was also very convenient underground parking. We would definitely return if Zadar was available. I

Es gab 2 Klimageräte - 1 in einem SZ und 1 im WZ - was aber für ausreichend angenehme Temperaturen reicht, was wichtig ist - bei diesen Temperaturen. Mit dem Leihauto ist Frau/Mann gleich in der Stadt und es gäbe auch eine Parkgarage zu dem Apartment dazu - aber auch ausserhalb gibt es genug Parkmöglichkeit - aber recht staubig. Es war Cafe da und auch Zucker etc. - was auch nicht immer so selbstverständlich ist sowie ein paar nette Utensilien im Bad zum Abschminken etc. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat auch gute Restaurant und Bademöglichkeiten empfohlen. War hilfreich 😀!

Es ist sehr schwer ein Lokal in der Nähe mit Frühstück zu finden. Besser das Frühstück selbst einkaufen und zubereiten. Generell gibt es keine wirkliche Infrastruktur wo etwas einfach ohne Auto eingekauft werden kann. Es gab kaum Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Ein paar Haken waren mit Saugnäpfen an der Wand befestigt, die aber nicht hielten. Es gab keine Möglichkeit den Duschkopf irgendwo einzuhängen, was das Kopfwaschen schwierig machte. Es gab 2 Schlafzimmer - 1 x mit einer sehr guten praktischen Kastenlösung - 1 x mit einem Kasten, der keine Stange enthielt, wo etwas hängen hätte können - alles musste gelegt werden und die unteren Laden konnten nicht aufgemacht werden, weil sie am Bettende anstießen. Der Kasten ist einfach zu groß für das kleine SZ. Es wird im Viertel viel gebaut, weshalb es ab 6.30 Baulärm gibt und von der schönen großen Terrasse blickt Frau/Mann u.a. auf einen Kran.
