Very clean and modern appareltment with many beds for larger group of people. We were family of 8 and comfortable.
It is in a local neighborhood so you need a car. Although, it is best to take uber to old town Dubrovník. It is easy drivable distance to any attractions around Dubrovnik.

So spacious and looks just like the photos. Very modern yet cozy feel. The bathrooms were like hotel bathrooms. So fancy. ACs in each bedroom and living room was perfect for the summer heat!
The balconies were nice for watching the sunrise and sunset.
Marko was responsive when we needed help with anything.
No elevators, stairs only. Be mindful if you have a lot of luggage or with the elderly.
Common across Europe to require a key to lock doors from the inside. Wish it wasn’t the case or if we could have 2 copies of the keys in case the group had to split.
Noticed some ants but Marko quickly provided some ant bait to get rid of them.
