The location, the furniture is all new, everything was very clean, there is a very nice and spatious outdoor terrace

The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable, I don’t recommend it for adults - for small children it’s ok-ish…

The apartment is modern, clean and very well located. The huge terrace is definitely one of its strongest points. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, and there is a very well-stocked supermarket with good prices just 4 minutes away on foot. The apartment has good air conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi, a very spacious refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine, all of which were very useful during a longer stay with a larger group. There is also a swimming pool in the complex. Although we did not use it, it looked very nice and large enough to enjoy comfortably. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Even though all interaction was online, both check-in and check-out went without any problems

We were a group of four adults and three children, and for seven people we found the apartment rather tight in terms of indoor space. For smaller groups, this would probably not be an issue. For larger groups, having only one set of keys is quite inconvenient. It becomes difficult to coordinate when different members of the group have different plans, so a second set of keys would make a significant difference. The kitchen could also be better equipped according to the maximum number of guests the apartment accommodates. For example, there were only four cereal bowls and no deep/soup plates. Having at least one full set of dishes for every guest would be helpful. Finally, one of the air-conditioning units had a slight smell when running and would probably benefit from cleaning/sanitizing.

Nagyon jó elrendezés, kényelmesen elfértünk mindenhol. Nagyon jól felszerelt. Mi 5-en voltunk egy kiskutyával. Nagyon kedvesek a szállásadók is.

Modern, spacious and clean - walking distance to a high quality supermarket and a short walk through nice grounds to the beach.

It was not an inconvenience in anyway for us as we like to cook but as an observation - you would need transportation if you wanted to go out to restaurants or visit the nightlife.
