Check-in was well organised, with detailed instructions and videos provided in advance. The hosts did a great job providing information for so many aspects. It was easy to find the location of the building as well as the convenient parking place. It was a short visit so I did not do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked with plenty of accountrements for meal preparation.
Comfort of a mattress is always highly subjective, and I found it a bit difficult to sleep on this one. For the second evening, I put comfy sofa cushions on top of the mattress and that helped enormously.

This apartment is in a fantastic location to explore Reims. It was very helpful to be able to park at the apartment. The shower is good and the bed reasonably comfortable.
The heating is controlled by the host remotely which initially was frustrating. We visited in a particularly cold spell and the apartment was cold on the first night. The host was very responsive and was quick to fix the radiator that wasn’t working in the living room the next day but it was a cold start to the trip.

"Ormai sono anni che le mie preferenze per le vacanze si sono spostate su appartamenti piuttosto che hotel. La cosa non è stata sempre positiva. Lo dico perché era tempo che non trovavo un appartamento..."
