The apartment was absolutely lovely, clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable here. Everything was well maintained, and the place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you! ❤️

Lovely spacious apartment in the heart of withington Great transport links to Manchester right outside the door. Penthouse with balcony. Washing machine and dishwasher. All easy to use. 2 clothes airers too. Easy to use hob and plenty of pots and utensils. Large comfortable beds and good sized bathroom. Good number of towels. Lock box and easy entry Buzzer to allow access to others
Only one fan in one bedroom but we’re able to open sky lights.
3rd floor flat and no lift so not for the faint hearted if you’re bringing up shopping and suitcases

The apartment is spacious and bright.
Kitchen cupboard doors are all wonky, draws in the kitchen come off the hinges, white stains on the sofa and chair, the bath was full of grime, chewing gum stuck underneath the kitchen benches. It doesn't mention anywhere that you are in the middle of where all the students live. They make a hell of alot of notice from 9pm onwards. Cups were dirty and finger prints all over the cutlery.
