Great staff interactions.
Beds are too high from the ground for elderly and disabled persons.
I gave cleanliness 4/5 due to the fact that there was sufficient amounts of dust on a couple of surfaces.

Great location inside of Benton, near everything.
It was older room. Bed was clean, but it certainly needs an upgrade as far as aesthetic is concerned, and the shower was terrible with hot cold hot cold water.

Great bed and plenty of pillows. Respect for request for do not disturb.
Dated facility, especially in bathroom. Would like toilet updated to taller toilet, at least standard chair height.

Would have preferred a microwave in my room over the refrigerator. The door to the outside by the breakfast room did not have a lock. Anyone could have walked in without a key. The inside of the door to my room had a greasy feel to it. Not sure when it was cleaned last.
